What you need

• 3balls King Cole Baby Alpaca
• 4mm (8UK) Knitting Needles

Abbreviations

K= Knit K2/3/5 tog= Knit the 2/3/5 stitches together
P= Purl Sts= Stitches
Yfwd= Yarn forward

Method

Cast on 155sts
1st Row:- K5, P5 rep to last 5sts K5
2nd Row:- P5, K5 rep to last 5sts P5
Repeat these 2 rows twice more.
Decrease:-
1st Row:- K1, K3tog K1, P5, K5tog, P5, K5tog, P5, repeat to last 5sts, K1,
K3tog, K1 (103sts).
2nd Row:- P3, K5tog, P1, K5tog, P1, repeat to last 3sts P3 (43sts).
Next 4 rows Knit.

Lacy Pattern:-
1st Row:- Knit
2nd Row:- Purl
3rd Row:- K7 * yfwd sl1 K1 psso K5, rep from * to last 1sts K1
4th Row:- Purl
5th Row:- K5 * K2tog yfwd K1 yfwd Sl1 k1 psso K2, rep to last 3sts K3
6th Row:- Purl
7th Row:- K7 * yfwd sl1 K1 psso K5, rep from * to last 1sts K1
8th Row:- Purl.
Repeat the last 8 rows until work measures 46cms (18”) ending with 2nd Row
Cast Off
Make 2 and sew up the cast off edges together.

Scarf Ring
Cast on 5sts
1st Row:- K2 yfwd K1 yfwd K2 (7sts)
2nd Row:- Purl
3rd Row:- K3 yfwd K2 yfwd K2 (9sts)
4th Row:- Purl
5th Row:- K4 yfwd K3 yfwd K2 (11sts)
6th Row:- Cast off 6sts Knit to end (5sts).
Block out flat, put damp towel on top, leave to dry.
